How does Matchmaking Work

1. Registration and submitting profiles
Please fill in the registration form which can be found in section “Registration”.
When registered, you are able to fill in your technology/service profile (offer or request) which will be published in the FIG Marketplace Catalogue for selecting the meetings. If needed, you can leave several profiles to the event e.g. for different technology/service lines. Please fill in all the requested fields and submit the profile. All the profiles are validated by Technopolis Ventures before publishing. If important information is missing we will contact you.
Deadline for registration and submitting profiles is Thursday 13th of November, 2008.
2. Selecting meetings
Please request meetings with potential collaboration partners from the on-line FIG Marketplace Catalogue. The meetings are requested by ticking a cross in a box which is found next to the profile. Meeting requests must be confirmed by both sides in order to be scheduled.
Deadline for selecting meetings is on Monday 17.11.2008
Deadline for confirming meeting requests by Wednesday morning 19.11.2008
You will receive your individual meeting schedule the week before (week 47).

The MTF Catalogue is visible only for registered companies and VCs. If needed, you can leave several profiles to the event e.g. for different technology/service lines. Please fill in all the requested fields and submit the profile. All the profiles are validated by Technopolis Ventures before publishing. If important information is missing we will contact you.
VCs: Fill in what kind of companies you are interested!

3. Event
The MoneyTalks Forum Special one-to-one-meetings are arranged on Tuesday, 25th of November, 2008 from 16:30 to 18:00 right after MoneyTalks Forum Special. The meetings last max. 15 minutes each. During the whole event, on-site support is available from Technopolis Ventures.
